Greenhouse: Working on Your Practice

  • Shelterwood Collective 108 South Jackson Street, #206 Seattle, WA, 98104 United States (map)

In our day-to-day lives as healers, we spend most of our time working in our practice — holding space, tending to others. The Greenhouse is a seasonal workshop for practitioners to step back, reflect/reset, and work on their practice.

This year-end tune-up offers a dedicated space to do just that. As the season shifts and the year comes to a close, it’s a natural time to pause and take inventory — before the swirl of the holidays, fiscal year-end tasks, and the deeper quiet of winter.

Together, we’ll take a 360° look at your practice as a living ecosystem:

  • How is your business supporting you?

  • What’s been working beautifully, and what might want to change?

  • Are there shifts you’d like to make in the new year — growing your caseload, updating policies/fees, refreshing your presence, or exploring new offerings (groups, workshops)

The morning will begin with guided teaching and reflection, followed by breakout sessions organized around areas of focus. Nicole and panel will circulate to offer real-time coaching, perspective, and practical support. You’ll have space to ask questions, get feedback, and connect with peers who are walking similar paths.

The core workshop runs from 10 AM–12 PM, with an optional co-working and collaboration session from 12–3 PM for those who want to continue refining, planning, or tending to year-end tasks in community.

The Greenhouse is part of our Learning Canopy, a series of workshops created to support the whole practitioner — as a healer, business owner, and human being.
