A Netweaving Framework for Referrals & Reciprocity
Greenhouse is about tending the business the way you tend a client — with intention, not urgency. This workshop takes the language of "marketing" and roots it in something more organic: a web you weave and tend over time.
Most of what practitioners are told about "growing their practice" is extractive by design: optimize your SEO, chase the algorithm, self-promote until it feels like performance. For people who came to this work because they're relational by nature, that advice can feel unhelpful and actively at odds with who we are.
This workshop exists because there's a different way to approach visibility and sustainability — one that's rooted in reciprocity rather than competition, and in a small, tended web of relationships. Even deeply relational people struggle to build this intentionally. Greenhouse is where we slow down and actually do it.
This workshop reframes the whole chain: marketing becomes networking, networking becomes netweaving, and netweaving a web of mutual support and referral that holds you, rather than a task list that drains you.
At the center is a framework that maps your web of relationships as a fractal: the same pattern, repeatable at any scale, from your closest referral partners outward. Instead of overwhelm ("I have to be everywhere, know everyone, do it all"), you leave with a small number of clear, repeatable practices you can return to again and again and adapt to your specific practice area and population.
The workshop also includes live coaching: real, in-the-moment work on a practitioner’s actual questions, done generatively and collaboratively so the whole room learns from watching the process unfold.

The format is a mix of teaching, modeling, discussion, hands-on “trying this out, and live coaching.

Nicole Greenwald

Nicole (she/her) is a psychotherapist, educator, consultant, gatherer, and artist.
She has 15 years in practice as a psychotherapist and specializes in trauma and abuse, C-PTSD, identity, grief, and soulfulness (creativity/communion/spirit).
Nicole has over 20 years of experience in higher ed and non-profit leadership and provides consulting services for businesses, non-profits, and creatives focused on sustainability, social justice, and cooperative models.
She has long been inspired by and devoted to the beauty of mentorship and collaboration. One expression of that is her work with clinical supervisees and supervision of supervisors.
She is the co-Founder and Executive Director of Shelterwood Collective, a cooperative providing community, mentorship, and business administration support to healing practitioners.
