Rebalance | 2-Part Masterclass
Gain a deeper understanding of the nervous system, how it is involved in stress response, what the brain perceives as stress, and its relationship with sex hormones, sleep, blood sugar levels, inflammation, and digestion. We will be providing practical tools and guidance for putting this knowledge into action on a daily basis, helping clients to recognize when a threat is activating their system, and skills to move the stress through their body in order to return to calm and safety.

Hilary Beckwith | NTP, RHP, BCHN®
Owner/Practitioner, Well Roots, Seattle
Hilary is a neurospicy functional nutrition provider, PCOS educator, ex-dieter, quad skater, and bringer of great snacks.
Before opening Well Roots in 2021, she spent 20+ years in physical medicine, helping folx reduce inflammation through root-cause nutrition, which overlapped into her own world of chronic illness, migraines, PCOS (now PMOS!), and hypermobility issues. Her training and experiences inform her ability to help individuals navigate hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions, persistent pain, and fatigue with compassionate, evidence-based care.
When she's not diving into health research, you'll find her soaking up the peaceful energy of the woods, grabbing beer and bingo with her boo, or getting her hands dirty in the garden.
Dr. Tori Harrison | DPT
Physical Therapist, Three Pillars Body Restoration, Seattle
Tori is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, movement educator, and lifelong kinesthetic explorer with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies. Drawing from her background in sports, yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, she believes the body already knows how to heal when given the right support.
Through a compassionate, curiosity-driven approach, Tori empowers people to slow down, listen inward, and build a healthier relationship with their bodies—unlocking greater resilience, performance, and recovery along the way.
Tori is endlessly inspired by nature so when she is not teaching or treating patients, you’ll find her frolicking through the magical forests of the Pacific Northwest with her dog, cold plunging in wild waters, or sleeping under the stars.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
