This 6-week processing group for South Asian women in their 20s and 30s, offering a space to connect with others who may share similar cultural, family, relationship, and life experiences. The group is focused on reflection, support, and meaningful conversation rather than traditional psychotherapy, with an emphasis on feeling seen and understood by others who “get it.” This group will tentatively begin the week of September 28th and will run for 6 weeks on Mondays after 6pm.
Container
This will be a virtual small group held on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. The group will center around participant-led discussion and peer support, with facilitation and guidance from the group leaders. Participants will receive a secure link after signing up.
