Important community connections and life meaning can be found within a religious community. So what happens when we begin to realize that our life experiences no longer match with the expectations of our community? We may start to feel tremendous grief as we struggle with our meaning in life. Our sense of identity is in question, relationships might begin to have conflict, we may fear judgement and isolation. If you are someone looking for alignment with your religion or spirituality, or are recovering from the impact of religious doctrine or spiritual abuse, you have come to the right place.
I will work with you from a place of non-judgement to heal the parts of you that have been wounded by religious leaders and family members who have abused or misused their power.
No matter your religious and cultural background, you have a space here. Let’s work together to reclaim your narrative and help you find peace and alignment with your sense of self, relationships, community, and spirituality.
Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to set up a free, 20 minute consultation to discover if teletherapy, distance reiki, or a combination of both will be helpful for you. I look forward to hearing from you!

“ Nothing stays the same on this wondrous Mountain, not the time of day, not the seasons. Everything changes.”
“Why?” Asked Question Woman.
“Because without change we would forget that we are alive”.
