Hi, I’m Julie! I am a lifelong friend, a dancer, an eldest daughter and first grandchild to an Irish/Italian family. Out of session, you may find me exploring restaurants in town or enjoying a Sunday dinner with family and friends, traveling or dancing within the Seattle community. The beach is my absolute favorite, happy place and I am so grateful to be surrounded by the beautiful landscapes that the PNW has to offer. My goal in therapy is to help you learn more about yourself, heal patterns that you find challenging and integrate your authentic self into communities that fulfill you. Together we will learn about your nervous system health patterns, process the stories living in your body’s muscle memory and practice rhythm, thinking and moving for coping, resilience and integration of your authentic self.
I work with people exploring their trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence and life transitions. I’ve helped people discover their authenticity, navigate challenging relationships, abrupt change and support families in better understanding each other.
Out of session, you may find me exploring restaurants in town or enjoying a Sunday dinner with family and friends, traveling or dancing within the Seattle community. with my partner or leading a technique class for my dance students at a local studio. The beach is my absolute favorite, happy place and I am so grateful to be surrounded by the beautiful landscapes that the PNW has to offer!
