Psychotherapist

My philosophy of counseling is rooted in the belief that each person holds innate strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth. I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective, which means I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and narrative therapy—to meet each client where they are. These modalities help explore thought patterns, inner parts, bodily experiences, and the personal stories that shape one’s identity and experience.

Rather than focusing on pathology, I emphasize what is working, what matters most to the client, and how we can build on existing strengths. My role is to walk alongside clients as they deepen their self-awareness, reconnect with their inner resources, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I believe relational connection and trust is the most important part of the therapeutic process. You can schedule a free 20 minute consultation with me to see if we are a good fit for your needs.
