Regenerative Business
Coaching Container
A structured, supportive space for practitioners beginning to build a private practice or business
June 8, 2026-August 3, 2026
Starting a business in healing or care can feel both meaningful and overwhelming.
There are practical questions: How do I set this up? What do I charge? How do I find clients?
And there are softer, often internal ones: What if I am not ready? How do I actually do this? Can I do this in a way that feels like me?
This container is designed to hold both.
Over eight weeks, we will move between the rhythms of the inner and outer work —supporting you in developing a business that is grounded, values-aligned, and most importantly, sustainable.
This is about building something you can stay in.
What to Expect
This is a space that balances reflection and action.
You will be supported in:
Clarifying your personal and business core values and how they shape your work
Understanding how you are uniquely designed to work sustainably
Building the foundational structures of a business
Developing authentically aligned offerings, pricing, and messaging
Creating a simple, functional presence (website, language)
Beginning to build relationships and referral pathways
This Is For You If
You are beginning (or early in) private practice or business building
You want both practical guidance and reflective space
You are looking for a way to build that feels sustainable, not extractive
You want support, but also gentle accountability

Kari Brunson Wright
Kari is a psycho-spiritual coach and regenerative business consultant with over 14 years of experience as a founder and CEO in the food industry.
Her work sits at the intersection of inner development and external structure, supporting people in building lives and businesses that are aligned, sustainable, and rooted in integrity.
Before moving into coaching, Kari built and ran two Seattle-based businesses, Juicebox Cafe and Frankie & Jo’s, where she developed a deep respect for the realities of operations, leadership, and long-term sustainability. That experience continues to inform her work today, particularly with practitioners stepping into business ownership for the first time.
She approaches business not just as a set of strategies, but as a developmental process — one that asks for clarity, self-trust, and the capacity to hold both uncertainty and responsibility.
Her work is grounded, relational, and practical. She is less interested in optimization or rapid growth, and more interested in helping people build something they can actually stay in — sustainable, and reflective of who they are.
