The Reset Retreat
A Weekend of
Deep Nourishment
& Soulful Activation
Late Winter/ Early Spring 2025
Seabrook, Washington Coast
The Reset Retreat is a celebration and cultivation of all that has bloomed, a supportive container to replenish, and an inspired gathering to reignite the flame within.
We will practice ease. Imagine meandering walks through the forest; savoring exquisite, nourishing meals inspired by the season around a communal table; and space for reflection, rejuvenation, and rest.
We will soften our nervous systems. The coast alone is enough to melt the parts of ourselves that feel blocked or distant. Together we will we will create the necessary space to reconnect with ourselves and feel safe enough to release what no longer serves us.
We will call in wisdom. Through carefully curated sessions, rituals, and circles, our team of experienced facilitators will guide you into deeper connection with your core essence. Glean insights from the season past to expand on what’s flourishing; powerfully release old blocks and patterns; and attune the connection with your intuition and inner mentor, for greater clarity, freedom, and fulfillment.
We will tend to the fire within. Drawing from the land, the elements, and our ancestors, we will rekindle our wild sparks of inspiration and reclaim our soul’s activation. We’ll close this immersive weekend by declaring bold intentions and calling in energetic support around a communal bonfire under the stars on the shore of the powerful Pacific Ocean.
Altar
Calling in Support & Sacred Reflection
The altar serves as an invitation to deep surrender. It is a sacred space to reflect, declare intention, and ask for help. Throughout the weekend, we will gather around the altar for guided meditations, quiet reflections, and rituals that help us tap into our inner vitality and clarity. These are practices you can bring home with you to integrate into your daily life.
Table
A Place to Connect & Be Nourished
We welcome you to an abundant table of meals curated with love, beauty, and intention. From earthy root vegetables to hearty grains and beautiful colors, every bite will be a reminder of the sustenance found in both the soil and the soul. You also receive a collection of recipes to bring this nourishment home with you.
Hearth
Tending the Fire Within
The hearth is a place to gather for cozy, informal chats, tea drinking, and moments of relaxation. The warmth offers a comforting space to unwind and rejuvenate. It also serves as an invitation to rekindle and stoke the fire of inspiration, energy, and light within. In the evenings, we will gather around the hearth (both inside the beach house and outside at the ocean) for fire ceremonies, storytelling, and rituals.
Our Sanctuary by the Sea
Nestled on the stunning coastline of Washington, the Seabrook Beach House offers the perfect backdrop for The Reset Retreat. This serene and picturesque location is not just a place to stay, but an integral part of our retreat experience, providing a tranquil environment to unwind, reflect, and rejuvenate.
While the Pacific Northwest is well-known for its stunning coastline, tourists flock to seaside towns during the warmer months. We chose to host this retreat in the autumn to offer something truly special—the stunning, quiet beauty of forest, sand, and sea in the quiet and rest of the fall season. There’s a restorative magic in waking up and falling asleep next to the rhythms of the ocean. Our retreat home has a 180-degree view of the forest and sea to restore and remind us of the power and beauty of the land.
Seabrook is an unexpectedly magical place that is much more than meets the eye. At first glance, it can seem almost too picturesque: shingled beach homes with shuttered windows, an Instagram-worthy ice cream parlor and café, and Adirondack chairs and outdoor fireplaces dotting the neighborhoods.
The more time we spend here, our appreciation deepens for the visible and invisible intentionality behind its design. Gently curving roads and pedestrian pathways encourage foot traffic instead of car exhaust. Vistas of the coastline deliberately reserved for public access and view. Miles of stewarded paths and trails meander through protected forests. The thoughtful use of plants native to the land. And a community fund tied to the sale of every home in perpetuity.
Seabrook calls us back to ourselves, each other, and the natural world. Each time we retreat here together (Lynda lives here now!), we feel more alive, energized, and ready to spark that new project, that new season. We’re so, so excited to bring this dream retreat to life for you, too. We cannot wait to spend this time together.
