Join us for The Body of the Therapist, a restorative and supportive space for therapists to tend to their own bodies—physical, emotional, and energetic.
In this 1-hour offering, facilitator Dannia Velazco will guide participants through gentle, intuitive movement rooted in yoga and somatic parts work. This session invites therapists to connect with their internal landscapes, soften into their own breath and body, and explore the parts of themselves that often go untended in the act of holding others.
This is not a space for doing more—but for softening into presence. You’ll be invited to move, rest, and reconnect with the wisdom of your soma.
