Autumn Re-wilding Retreat
Embark on a journey back to your primal self amidst the untouched beauty of nature. This retreat, facilitated by ecotherapist Michelle Largent, comes after the Fall Equinox and the cyclical change in season is an invitation to let go of what is no longer serving us.
We will look toward the natural world to reconnect with our own spirits through sound baths, forest meditations, cacao ceremonies, holistic healing through saunas, breath work, yoga, and more.
Shed the layers of modern life and rediscover your natural way of being. Each retreat offers healing workshops, holistic practices, meditations and communal connections with a like-minded community under the canopy of the stars.

Michelle Largent
Psychotherapist
I am a depth centered trauma psychotherapist that specializes in healing from anxieties and abuse. My approach is informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and person-centered theories.
I offer traditional psychotherapy as well as eco-therapy and somatic therapy in the North Cascades mountains. I am intrigued by the connection between our natural world and our inner psychic spaces.
In person sessions are located at a farm and forest wellness center near North Cascades National Park, it’s a place where the wilderness around us and the wilderness within us intersect. If you can’t make it to the mountains, I also offer Telehealth sessions from anywhere in WA state.
I studied at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and I have an extensive background in working with adolescents. I work with clients of all ages, 5+.
