Audrey Jensen LMHC, LCMHC, L-CASA
Psychotherapist
Together, we will build on your inherent resilience, working collaboratively while gently uncovering places that feel constricting, painful, or confusing. Therapy is a space to listen closely to your depression and grief, to anxiety and longing, to curiosities and shadows. It's a place to honor the ways your heart, mind, and body have learned to survive. My hope is that you can imagine and uncover a sturdier self through deeper self-understanding and psychological change that can alleviate suffering.
I have 10+ years of clinical experience working with folks that experience depression, anxiety, shaky self confidence, relationship issues, grief and loss, religious abuse, religious deconstruction, LGBTQ+ issues, sexuality and gender, substance use addiction, separation/ divorce, and career transitions. I also have 8 years of military experience.
My approach is warm and welcoming. I practice from a depth oriented psychodynamic lens with a psychoanalytic lineage. Before starting, I like to have a brief 15 minute initial conversation with you to discuss what you are looking for and to answer any questions you have about the therapy process. Looking forward to hearing from you.
