Attorney-vetted, easy-to-use templates for all required clinical documents (disclosures & consents, questionnaires & forms, plus a few bonus templates). It also comes with checklists and email templates for onboarding new clients and creating a new year update/consent ritual for our current caseload. I'll be offering a workshop to orient you to all the elements and to train you on creating these templates in Simple Practice so your processes are streamlined and easy to maintain.
