Grief is always hard, but it can be especially hard to handle during the holidays. These are times when families are “supposed” to be together and all of a sudden, your traditions look different. Someone is missing. And there's no fixing it. It can feel impossible just to get through. This is a focused 5-week group for adults navigating the loss of a parent through the holidays, led by grief counselor Carson Drain, LMHCA. It’s a space to come together and witness the many forms grief takes during this season. Whether you’re trying to move through the holidays as usual or create a new normal for yourself, we'll sit with it together and remember that none of us has to do this alone.
