Psychotherapist

I believe that our deepest wounds occur in relationship; so too does our healing. Therapy is a collaborative process - I am committed to bringing my clinical expertise and my humanity to our work and I aim to create a safe-enough space for you to bring your whole self too. Together we will listen deeply to what brought you here and explore authentic-possibility.

As a therapist, I borrow from many modalities as I seek to discover the best fit for each client. My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed relational psychotherapy. This means that I am interested in the characters, key events, cultural systems, beliefs, and somatic experiences that bring you to therapy.

I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington.

In addition to my role as a therapist, I have been a member of the teaching staff at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology since 2020.

I work with individuals ages 18 and older.
