They’ve built something meaningful in their careers, businesses, and families, but find themselves at a point where what once worked no longer feels aligned. There is tension between what they know is true and how they are actually living. They are not looking for more strategies. They are looking for a way to move through their lives with more clarity, self-trust, and integrity.
That’s the work.
I’m Kari, a psycho-spiritual leadership coach. I help people come back into alignment with themselves so their decisions, relationships, and leadership reflect what is actually true. This work is grounded in real life. We look directly at how you are working, leading, relating, and choosing, and where you are out of alignment within it.
My approach is direct, intuitive, and deeply integrative. I help you see clearly, interrupt patterns that no longer hold, and make decisions you can stand behind. I will not rush you, and I will not let you stay in the loops that keep you stuck.
My background spans regenerative leadership, founding multiple businesses, and fifteen years of working closely with people navigating growth, pressure, and change. I’m also a writer and a mother. Much of my work is informed by my own ongoing practice of living and leading in a way that is honest and sustainable.
Clients often come to me when something isn’t working, even if they cannot fully name it yet. Over time, that lack of clarity becomes something more solid. Decisions become cleaner. Internal trust strengthens. Life begins to feel more like their own.
I am an ICF-certified coach and trained in Internal Family Systems through the Internal Family Systems Institute. I have completed over 240 hours of personal energy work and am a certified circle facilitator.
Originally from the South, I live in West Seattle with my partner, two young children, and a gigantic dog named Bean.
