We believe healing is for everyone. Many of our practitioners offer sliding scale and many accept insurance.
Our Sustainable Therapy program offers low cost, affordable mental health counseling for $50-90/session.

My educational background is in forensic psychology and social work, and I worked with survivors of trauma for over eight years at domestic violence agencies. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced gender-based violence, intimate partner violence and sexual violence. I enjoy supporting clients with processing past trauma, enhancing coping strategies, and re-connecting to their bodies and sense of self.
