Mental Health Counselor

(she/her)

I work with adoptees and anyone navigating identity, belonging, grief, or big life transitions. Maybe you’ve learned how to fit in, shape-shift, or keep parts of yourself tucked away. You may feel caught in the “in-between” - between cultures, families, identities, or even between who you are and who you want to be. This can show up as feeling disconnected from yourself or others, overanalyzing and second guessing.

Together, we’ll create a space to slow down and get curious about your story - the parts that feel hidden, the patterns that keep repeating, and the small moments of strength and ease you might not have noticed yet.

I see therapy as both a grounding space and a place of gentle exploration. At your pace, we’ll explore relationships, patterns, and the parts of you that feel unclear or unknown. My approach is relational and collaborative - I believe you’re the expert of your own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you untangle what’s been weighing you down.

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to reach out. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. My goal is for you to feel supported, and more at home in yourself.
