Clinical Mental Health Therapist

(they /she)

Therapy is not an easy process, which is why building a strong therapeutic relationship is so important, no matter who the client is. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to navigate difficult conversations and emotions, emphasizing the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as a collaborative process and acknowledge that it looks different for each client and family. My specialties include children & adolescents, LGBTQIA+ issues, parenting, and attachment/childhood trauma, with an emphasis on neuro, queer, and gender affirming care, tailored to each client's pace and unique needs.

In addition, I offer parent-based services and guidance for a range of concerns, from first time parent struggles to complex behavioral issues. My goal is to help parents find the most productive parenting style that promotes healthy development while still meeting their needs and personality.
