Choosing to begin therapy is an act of courage, especially when you're carrying the weight of grief, betrayal, trauma, or questions about who you are and where you belong. Whether you're navigating the silent ache of loss, the complexities of a relationship rupture, or the painful unraveling of religious or cultural identity, you don’t have to face it alone.
Alexandra Grigore, MA, LMHC

Hello!
My name is Alexandra (she/her/hers); I'm a licensed mental health counselor based in Washington State. I specialize in working with trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and depression. I offer EMDR therapy, as well as other evidence-based modalities. I prioritize rapport and attunement with each client, and I bring in tools based on each individual's needs and goals in therapy.

Learning, growing, and healing can be challenging endeavors, but together, we can make it feel life affirming and even fun. I offer therapy that integrates attachment and relational work, parts work perspective (i.e. IFS), rooted in a strengths-based and feminist approach, that is intersectional and multicultural.. Whether you’re working through old patterns, goal-setting, or not even completely sure why you want therapy, you are in the right place so that we can figure it out together.

Hello! My name is Arin (they/them), and I’m glad you’re considering what you might need to build up your resilience to better handle day to day life. Therapy is a space that is vulnerable and collaborative where we work together to identify what is keeping you stuck in behavior that doesn’t serve you. In my practice, we work on change and acceptance, seeking to help you build the life you want to be living.
