Psychotherapist
(she/her)
Hello, I am Deb. I am a BIPOC, neurodivergent therapist, specializing in working with adults dealing with anxiety, OCD and related conditions, including social anxiety, agoraphobia, and panic disorder, while addressing complexities such as the overlap with ADHD and PTSD. I take great pride in creating a warm, culturally sensitive space allowing clients to explore personal experiences, while learning critical skills supporting individuals to enjoy life guided by personal values.
I use a strength-based approach grounded in evidence-based therapies. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I value connection and strongly believe counseling works best when we build a trusting, collaborative relationship, supportive of someone’s needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive therapeutic relationship, whether online or in person, where clients feel safe to be themselves and experience the impact of being fully seen, accepted and celebrated!
