Psychotherapist

(she/her)

I work with adults healing from relational trauma, LGBTQ+ folks, and individuals practicing polyamory or other forms of ethical non-monogamy. Many of my clients feel anxious, burned out, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in relationship patterns that no longer feel aligned. They are often looking for an affirming space where they do not have to explain or defend their identity, relationships, or lived experience.

As a clinician, I am collaborative, trauma-informed, affirming of diverse identities and experiences, and deeply respectful of each client’s autonomy. My approach is relational, integrative, and non-pathologizing, meaning I view many symptoms and coping strategies as understandable responses to past experiences rather than personal failures. Together, we explore how relational trauma, attachment experiences, chronic invalidation, family dynamics, and social context may have shaped the ways you relate to yourself and others. We also develop practical tools for boundaries, communication, emotional regulation, and values-aligned decision-making.

Sessions with me tend to feel conversational, reflective, supportive, and gently challenging. I will validate your experience while also helping you notice patterns, deepen insight, and take meaningful steps toward change.

I do this work because I believe healing happens through connection, safety, self-understanding, and the freedom to show up without having to hide essential parts of yourself. I know how painful it can be to feel that acceptance depends on minimizing who you are, and how powerful it can be to rebuild trust in yourself and create relationships that feel safer, more affirming, and more authentic.

I have spent the past 14 years working in mental health, social services, gender-based violence, and healthcare settings. Much of my professional experience has involved supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of relational trauma. This work has shaped my commitment to consent, collaboration, client autonomy, and understanding distress within the broader context of relationships, identity, community, and systems.

I am a cisgender woman and I identify as queer and polyamorous. I share my life with two partners, a supportive polycule, and my fur baby, Evie (proud Corgi Mom here!). I bring my real self into the therapy room and want you to feel that you can do the same. My goal is to create a space where your identity and relationships are respected, your experiences are taken seriously, and you can work toward a life that feels more sustainable, connected, and fully your own.
