I am a first-generation Filipina immigrant, raised on the land of the Anishinaabe people, aka Michigan. Currently residing on Coast Salish land, aka Redmond.
My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. After finishing a Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan, I worked as a medical social worker providing psychosocial support services and grief therapy for those with chronic illness and end of life hospice care.
I commit to mutual aid efforts, community organizing and activism to build a world of collective care with a focus on Restorative and Transformative justice.
