Mental Health Therapist
Therapy gives us the support we need to keep returning to our self, remember where we’re trying to go, and keep showing up for ourselves in all the different ways. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, gender dysphoria, challenging family dynamics, workplace stress, isolation, burn-out, procrastination, and/or perfectionism.
Christine Suffield, LMFT
Psychotherapist
As a clinician in practice for over 20 years, I find myself having ever changing descriptions of myself in terms of who I am. I am a mom. A divorced woman. A single mom. A remarried woman. A mother of 2 adult men. A truth teller. A shame buster. A guilt breaker. A business owner. A friend. A sober woman. A person who decided long ago that the only way out was through. “

Choosing to begin therapy is an act of courage, especially when you're carrying the weight of grief, betrayal, trauma, or questions about who you are and where you belong. Whether you're navigating the silent ache of loss, the complexities of a relationship rupture, or the painful unraveling of religious or cultural identity, you don’t have to face it alone.
Judy Ko, MA, LMHC

Playing and making are key to imagination, well-being and integration. I believe with all my heart that to grow, to heal, to relate, to access joy and to flourish, is to make stuff and to play stuff out!

Have you lost your sense of vitality in life? Do you find yourself feeling numb, despondent, or disconnected from yourself and your relationships? Are you struggling to find meaning or purpose? I’m a queer, trans, nonbinary therapist, art-maker, and abolitionist committed to attuned, transformative care. I utilize somatics, parts work, and art therapy to support people who are tired of shrinking themselves to survive: queer and trans people, survivors, sex workers, neurodivergent people, and anyone carrying grief, anger, or the weight of systemic violence.
Jocelyn Randall, LICSW

I am grounded in a liberatory framework that recognizes our own inherent abilities for healing and growth, and how our connections to community impact our journey. My work involves an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, which is culturally affirming, trauma-informed, emotionally-focused, strength and mindfulness based. With radical acceptance and psychoeducational learning.

It’s in the heart of darkness where the seeds of change begin to stir, breaking open and giving rise to new patterns of becoming. Amidst these shadows, with the proper support, the soul's wisdom can emerge, illuminating the path toward a freer, more authentic, and aligned way of being.
Isabel Slaney, MA, LMHCA
Psychotherapist and Holistic Trauma Therapist, Trauma-Informed Health & Wellness Coach and Story Work Coach
Healing from trauma isn’t about being “fixed”--it’s about coming home to yourself. I work with adults navigating the sacred, often quiet work of healing from trauma, relational wounds, systemic oppression, and intergenerational trauma. I invite you into a place of re-membering the parts of you that have been lost and to re-embody your most authentic self. The purpose of my work is not to impose my own sense of health and well-being but to help you find yours–to create an ecology of life that supports healing, freedom, nourishing connection, meaning and purpose.
Jingshuai Du, PhD;LMFTA (WA); LGMFT(MD)

I support individuals, couples, and families in finding connection, clarity, and healing—especially for Asian Americans and those navigating neurodivergence and life transitions. Your story, culture, and relationships matter here.
