Our Practitioner Collective
We believe the work of fostering whole person healing is a profound privilege.
Our collective is a network of trusted practitioners who walk with clients on their healing journeys with expertise, care, and grace.
We believe healing is for everyone. Many of our practitioners offer sliding scale and many accept insurance.
Our Sustainable Therapy program offers low cost, affordable mental health counseling for $50-90/session.

Psychotherapy is a practice; a practice of sitting with your life, of naming and welcoming all the parts of you and your experience. Perhaps at first psychotherapy is primarily a practice of naming together where you have felt pain and shame.

Feeling disconnected from others or yourself?
Maybe you’ve always felt a little on the outside - of your family, your culture, your friend group, even your own story. I enjoy working with folks navigating life transitions, connection to self, grief and loss, and the messy in-between spaces of life - especially interracial adoptees and those who’ve always felt a little on the outside of things.

Choosing to begin therapy is an act of courage, especially when you're carrying the weight of grief, betrayal, trauma, or questions about who you are and where you belong. Whether you're navigating the silent ache of loss, the complexities of a relationship rupture, or the painful unraveling of religious or cultural identity, you don’t have to face it alone.
Judy Ko, MA, LMHC

Playing and making are key to imagination, well-being and integration. I believe with all my heart that to grow, to heal, to relate, to access joy and to flourish, is to make stuff and to play stuff out!
Joshua Montoya, LMHCA

Therapy is a collaborative process - I am committed to bringing my clinical expertise and my humanity to our work and I aim to create a safe-enough space for you to bring your whole self too. Together we will listen deeply to what brought you here and explore authentic-possibility.

Learning, growing, and healing can be challenging endeavors, but together, we can make it feel life affirming and even fun. I offer therapy that is rooted in a strengths-based and feminist approach, that is also intersectional and multicultural. Whether you’re working through old patterns, goal-setting, or not even completely sure why you want therapy, you are in the right place so that we can figure it out together.
