Trauma, Sex, and Plant Medicine Therapist
(he/him)
Relationships and systems can be as uplifting and liberating as much as they can be minimizing and painful. Humans have a beautiful tendency to feel a lot of things which can lead to issues in communication, understanding, anxiety, and depression but it is our capacity to develop relationships with these different parts of ourselves through curiosity, compassion, and empathy that help us heal. Therapy is a way to find our interconnected parts and how we relate to ourselves and others.
My goal is to walk with you on your journey, to encourage and grow awareness and to create understanding. I place an emphasis on connection, constructive discomfort, clarity, and courage.
I work with people of all different walks of life. I specialize in complex trauma (PTSD, Sex, DV), sexual concerns, LGBTQIA+ identity issues, multiracial experience, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems (level one) and psychedelic integration (Naropa/memoru University). I use many therapy techniques but I tend to lean towards narrative, psychodynamic, and internal family systems.
