Hafa Adai! I am Nabi Supetran and I walk beside individuals, couples, and families who spend much of their lives holding space for others, yet rarely pause for themselves. Many feel emotionally stretched, caught between replaying the past and worrying about what’s ahead, and long to feel more present, grounded, and truly seen in their relationships.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate of Chrysalis Within Therapy, my work is rooted in the belief that healing is a process of becoming, an unfolding journey shaped by culture, relationships, and lived experience. Born and raised in Saipan, with Filipino roots that deeply inform my values around family, joy, belonging, and community, I bring my full self into the therapy room through a person of the therapist approach that values authenticity, warmth, and real human connection.
My education in counseling psychology and couple and family therapy, along with my integrative use of narrative therapy, family systems, somatic practices, attachment based work, EMDR, and DBT, allows me to tailor therapy to each person’s unique story.
Working with me often feels relational, attuned, and grounded, a space where humor, sensitivity, and depth coexist, and where your pace, identity, and whole story are respected as we move toward greater clarity, connection, and a sense of coming home to yourself.
