Whitney Taylor, LMFTA, MA, MBA
Marriage and Family Therapist
(she/her)
I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating the lasting impact of trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others, longing for a greater sense of ease, safety, and connection.
As a therapist, I bring warmth, steadiness, and a trauma-informed, body-centered approach to our work. I believe healing happens when we honor both resilience and pain, and I am committed to creating a safe space where you can explore your story and reclaim the joy and trust that trauma may have dimmed.
My path into this work was shaped by a decade in sustainable development and international non-profits, where I learned the importance of resilience, belonging, and the human capacity for growth. With an MA in Clinical Psychology and training in somatic and attachment-based therapy, I now integrate these experiences with a love for the outdoors and a passion for nervous system regulation, guiding clients toward grounded, embodied healing.
