I spent a lot of time on this page making it perfect, then realized it was super boring, which isn’t the case for therapy with me at all. So, take a look inside if you’re interested in healing. I’ve got you.

Is change possible? What does healing look like? Can things really get better?
Grayson Moody, LMHC
Psychotherapist
My hope for the therapeutic relationship is that I may help you make your way towards a sense of ease in your emotional life, relationships, and sense of self. Helping you identify challenging unconscious responses, problematic behaviors and difficult feelings, I believe, may facilitate movement towards a more vibrant, fulfilling life.

I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and struggles, and I am particularly passionate about helping people through the major life challenges of early adulthood and growing a family. I recognize the vulnerability it takes to reach out for support.

Deciding to explore therapy often comes at a difficult time. Perhaps you are struggling in ways that leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. I congratulate you for taking this courageous step in exploring your needs. I am passionate about working with individuals, parents, families, and couples who feel a need for change in their life.
It is a privilege to walk alongside others on their journey. You can expect me to meet this invitation with respect, warmth, and a non-judgmental presence to what you bring to explore, heal, and grow in the therapeutic relationship.
Olivia Park-Sargent, LMFT, PMH-C

If you are feeling overwhelmed by change, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from yourself or loved ones, or troubled by past trauma, I am here for you. My passion is supporting clients to nurture and strengthen their most important relationship - the one they have with themselves. I want you to know and like yourself so that you may foster deep, meaningful relationships with the people and things that are important to you and, ultimately, lead a more enriched life.
Taylor Ridenour MA, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I believe therapy is a space to hold both the heavy and light of being alive in this world. My hope is that -within our therapeutic relationship- you have an experience where you feel deep in your bones that you, in all your humanness, are welcome with me.
Winnie Chang
Counseling Resident
You are seen and known. You deserve a safe space to go into areas of heartache and joy. It takes a village to rewrite our ecosystems, especially in places of suffering and pain. Acting and not running away requires risk and disappointment when we invite someone or our community into our hurts, pains, and triggers. Our bodies hold a lot, especially for folks of color who often have to assimilate and code-switch in a majority culture to fit in while also trying to navigate, remember, and care about the cultures of our family.
Linda Brethorst
Counseling Resident
I believe that each client is truly the expert on themselves and already holds wisdom within themselves to heal. My role is to act as a guide on the journey to bringing that wisdom to the surface to promote healing and a deeper knowing of oneself.
Ann Thompson
Counseling Resident
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to understand yourself, revisit your experiences, and chart a path toward wholeness and healing.
Eevy Johnson, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I aim to offer a non-judgemental, trauma-informed, safe space to support you in your journey towards liberation.
Kim Kuresman, LMFTA, ATR-P
Psychotherapist & Art Therapist
I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal when they have access to the support that they need.
Katey Hyde, MA, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
There is much to learn about ourselves through the way we relate to (an)other. I believe psychotherapy is an invitation into a deeper relationship with ourselves.
Connie Oh
Psychotherapist
I view the counseling process as forming an alliance with clients to explore the nature of their pain, trauma, and disconnection. Often it is in a relationship with others where we are harmed, but it is also in a relationship with God and others where we can find healing. The therapy relationship facilitates a healing conversation by providing a safe place to share your story, expand your capacity for self-compassion, deepen your emotional understanding, and experience freedom.
Ruby Moon, EdS, NCSP, LMHCA
Metaphysical Psychotherapist
It is my highest joy to be with you in the ‘bardo’ moments of life – the liminal space between two states, chapters, or points of being. These moments are often some of the most challenging life has to offer – but they are also an entry point for profound wisdom, clarity, and compassion.
Kim McCullough
Psychotherapist
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is built on safety, trust, collaboration, and hope. I walk alongside you as we get familiar with your picture of the world and how you relate to yourself and others. Together we will explore patterns in your relational experiences and engage with your own innate wisdom to address life’s challenges.
Susannah Brister, MA, LMHCA
