Psychotherapist
(she/her)
Therapy can offer a safe space to better understand yourself, heal from difficult experiences, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking greater self-awareness and personal growth, therapy can help you discover new perspectives and build on your strengths.
My goal is to meet you where you are, work at a pace that feels comfortable, and support you in moving toward greater healing, resilience, and well-being.
With 15 years of experience in psychotherapy, I provide compassionate, individualized support to adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago and I am a Certified EMDR Therapist with additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and IFS, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and expectations. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and understanding.
