Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Maybe from the outside, you look like you’re doing well. You’re capable, accomplished, and used to handling whatever life puts in front of you. But inside, you may feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore.
I work with women navigating major life transitions, including burnout, divorce, and the profound sense of change and uncertainty that can come with starting a new chapter. You may be asking yourself, Who am I now? What do I actually want? And is it possible to feel like myself again?
Together, we can create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin building a life that feels meaningful—not simply one that looks successful from the outside. Therapy can help you understand the patterns that have kept you overextended, rebuild trust in your own voice, strengthen boundaries, and rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
I also work with female first responders and women in male-dominated fields who are navigating the unique pressures of being successful in environments where they may feel they have to work harder, prove themselves, or constantly adapt. You don't have to choose between ambition and well-being. We can explore how to pursue your goals while staying connected to your values, relationships, boundaries, and sense of self.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Counseling. My past counseling experience includes working with individuals over the age of 18 from diverse backgrounds on concerns including PTSD, substance use disorder recovery, anger management, anxiety, depression, and attachment wounds. I am trained in integrated somatic counseling practices, trauma-informed counseling, EMDR, and narrative therapy. Prior to becoming a counselor, I was a first responder with over 13 years of volunteer and career experience in remote, rural, and urban areas of western Washington and southeast Alaska.
