Psychotherapist
(she/her)
Perhaps you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, or a life transition that has left you feeling disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re neurodivergent, living with OCD, or beginning to question the expectations and patterns you’ve carried for years. Or perhaps you’re ready to move beyond simply getting by and build a life that feels more meaningful, fulfilling, and authentically yours.
Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, grounded in feminist and social justice perspectives. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work. I also value mindfulness and body awareness, tailoring our work to your needs and goals.
My background spans global health, medical investment, and a decade working as a fitness professional with women and mothers, including during pregnancy and postpartum. As a neurodivergent person and a mother myself, I bring a deep appreciation for the complexity of being human and the many ways our experiences shape us. I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a BS in Psychology, a certificate in Global Health, and a trauma therapy certificate, along with additional training in ERP for OCD.
My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity, safety, freedom, and the ability to be fully themselves. I am committed to social justice, human rights, and equity. I affirm LGBTQIA+ communities, believe Black lives matter, honor Indigenous lives and sovereignty, stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza, support immigrants and refugees, and believe in reproductive freedom. These values shape how I move through the world and how I approach my work as a therapist. I want Hearthspun Therapy to be a place where you never have to leave parts of yourself at the door—a space where your identity and experiences are met with respect and care, without needing to explain or defend who you are. To me, healing is deeply connected to belonging, and everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and at home in themselves and the world.
