Somatic Therapist & Nutritionist

(she/her)

When I became a mother, I realized I needed to truly know myself and live authentically. I couldn’t move through life numb and afraid because my children depended on me to guide them. This became my call to heal, so they too could grow up fully alive.

Through my own healing journey, I discovered powerful embodiment practices such as movement, singing, breathwork, and plant medicines like cacao—that helped me see myself clearly, comfort my inner child, and trust my body’s wisdom. These practices brought me home to myself: I feel more alive, present, and at ease in my own skin.

It’s my deepest wish for others to experience this kind of healing, and I’m honored to incorporate these practices as part of therapy with those who feel called.

Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
