I hope to help you navigate the past experiences, relationships, and hurts that have a significant influence over the way you see yourself and the world. In doing so, we can uncover the roots of your current suffering and address their impact on your life.
Sydney Ardent, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
Hi there, I’m Sydney and I strive to offer a space where it’s all about you–your story, your experiences, your thoughts, and your feelings. Therapy with me will offer a place to have challenging conversations, understand your past, play with what the future might hold, and explore your wants and needs and how to meet them.
Jacqueline Cuayo, MDiv
Soul Care Provider & Ritual Maker
Weaving therapeutic and mindfulness practices with arts-based rituals and compassionate presence, I offer a refuge in which to lovingly encounter your full self and the many layers of your experiences.
Sabrina Norris
Psychotherapist
I am a trauma-informed relational therapist. My work’s focus is to create a space where individuals can explore the why’s and the questions of their story so that they may live a more flourishing and integrated life.
Patrick Huston, MA, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I specialize in depth oriented therapy for those hoping to make dynamic, lasting changes in their lives and relationships with others.
Winnie Chang
Counseling Resident
You are seen and known. You deserve a safe space to go into areas of heartache and joy. It takes a village to rewrite our ecosystems, especially in places of suffering and pain. Acting and not running away requires risk and disappointment when we invite someone or our community into our hurts, pains, and triggers. Our bodies hold a lot, especially for folks of color who often have to assimilate and code-switch in a majority culture to fit in while also trying to navigate, remember, and care about the cultures of our family.
Linda Brethorst
Counseling Resident
I believe that each client is truly the expert on themselves and already holds wisdom within themselves to heal. My role is to act as a guide on the journey to bringing that wisdom to the surface to promote healing and a deeper knowing of oneself.
Eevy Johnson, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I aim to offer a non-judgemental, trauma-informed, safe space to support you in your journey towards liberation.
Connie Oh
Psychotherapist
I view the counseling process as forming an alliance with clients to explore the nature of their pain, trauma, and disconnection. Often it is in a relationship with others where we are harmed, but it is also in a relationship with God and others where we can find healing. The therapy relationship facilitates a healing conversation by providing a safe place to share your story, expand your capacity for self-compassion, deepen your emotional understanding, and experience freedom.
Ruby Moon, EdS, NCSP, LMHCA
Metaphysical Psychotherapist
It is my highest joy to be with you in the ‘bardo’ moments of life – the liminal space between two states, chapters, or points of being. These moments are often some of the most challenging life has to offer – but they are also an entry point for profound wisdom, clarity, and compassion.
Kim McCullough
Psychotherapist
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is built on safety, trust, collaboration, and hope. I walk alongside you as we get familiar with your picture of the world and how you relate to yourself and others. Together we will explore patterns in your relational experiences and engage with your own innate wisdom to address life’s challenges.
Lynn Crothers, MA, LMHCA

I work with adults navigating a variety of issues, including chronic pain and chronic health conditions, complex trauma, issues of abuse, dissociative conditions, relationship challenges, and family of origin concerns.

If you’re exiled from the people and places you once belonged, you likely know the pain associated with being a truth-teller searching for a home. While the life of a traveler can be exhilarating, you’re ready for a place to be yourself. I’m passionate about helping my clients cultivate home in themselves- a strong knowledge of self that grounds them wherever they go.
Samantha Stone, LMHC

Whether you’re in transition, feeling anxious/stressed/depressed, exploring your identity, wanting to look at wounds from the past or just experiencing some general cloudiness around what’s next - you don’t have to face it alone. I understand therapy can be an old familiar friend to some or a new experience which can bring some anxiety and nervousness for others. Either way, if you are excited or nervous about therapy, I make sure our sessions are a safe place to express your thoughts and gain perspective around difficult life issues. My hope is for you to feel empowered to uncover your own sense of peace and wholeness and to know you do not have to do that alone.
Sarah Kelley MA, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
A very warm welcome to you as you take this courageous step towards healing and self-exploration.
I am glad you are here!
