Psychotherapist
(she/her)
I work with adults and couples who long to feel more secure in themselves and in their relationships. Many come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed by self-doubt, grieving a loss, or repeating patterns they no longer want to carry.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic, with attention to both emotional experience and the body. Together, we slow things down, make sense of the patterns shaping your current struggles, and create space for greater freedom, clarity, and connection. As we begin to understand those patterns, people often find they experience not only relief from anxiety and emotional distress, but also a stronger sense of self, deeper relationships, and more choice in how they respond to life's challenges.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 25 years teaching yoga, mindfulness, and contemplative practices. Accompanying people through growth and personal transformation has been the thread running through my professional life. That experience continues to shape the way I practice psychotherapy today. It has shown me that lasting change unfolds through deeper self-understanding, meaningful relationships, and the courage to try something new. I believe people make sense in the context of their lives. Deeper self-understanding creates new possibilities—for how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the lives we want to create.
