Counseling Resident

(she/her)

Hi, I’m Greta. I bring compassion, steadiness, and deep respect for the fullness of the human experience. I support adults who are facing grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, or times of transition, as well as those seeking deeper self-understanding. I offer a grounded and caring presence as we explore what is calling for your attention in life.

For 25 years, I have guided individuals and groups in yoga, mindfulness, and healing practices, accompanying people through loss, change, and transformation. My years living abroad also shape how I understand belonging, identity, and resilience. My integrated approach is influenced by psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and shadow work. I tend to both the body and the mind, creating space to notice what is often unconscious, overlooked, or unspoken. I believe therapy can open the way to greater self-understanding and healing, and help us live life with deeper understanding and new possibilities.
