Psychotherapist, Certified Nutritionist, Body Trust® Provider

(she/her)

People who work with me often feel:

  • Exhausted from listening to a loud inner critic

  • Disconnected from themselves and their inner wisdom

  • In a constant struggle with relationship to food, body, and movement

  • Unsure of what their needs are and how to care for themselves

  • Overwhelmed and anxious in life and relationships

Hi, I’m Katie. I provide Mental Health Therapy and Nutrition Counseling for adults using a collaborative approach focused on centering your experience and helping you learn more about your internal world. My goal is to be a compassionate witness to your life and to work together to find a way through the messy, uncertain parts of being human. I value relationships and connection and see this as the path forward from what has harmed us.

Clients come to me looking for a therapist who is warm, open, and authentic, because therapy should be a place where you feel seen and cared for. Sessions with me are built around trust and safety and I will meet you where you’re at. Together, we can work towards creating the life you envision for yourself.

Outside of work you can find me knitting, sewing, skiing, running, and traveling.
