Therapist for children, adults, and families

(he/him, she/her, they/them)

I believe everyone exists in the contexts of relationships–from peer and familial relationships to broader systemic relationships driven by racism, capitalism, heterosexism, and other systems of power. My identity as a clinician is informed by my lived experience as a white, fat, queer, trans masculine person living with an invisible disability (to name just a few elements of my identity). Just as I bring these identities with me, I encourage you to explore how your lived experience impacts your reasons for seeking therapy.

Given my emphasis on relationships and social systems, all of my therapeutic work is informed by intersectional feminism and attachment theory. I am a person-centered therapist, meaning I think a client’s autonomy is all-important and I believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship is paramount to the success of mental health counseling. Together we will create a space based on empathy, nonjudgemental understanding, and respect, in which you can work towards your goals.

I work with adults, families, parents, and children ages 6 and up!
