Mental Health Therapist

(She/Her/Hers)

My approach to therapy is direct and no-BS while still being warm, compassionate, and grounded in connection. My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I draw on when working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. I’m especially drawn to working with perfectionists and people-pleasers who are tired of being their own harshest critics and carrying more than their share. Together, we can untangle the expectations you’ve been carrying, practice setting boundaries, and make room for a little more self-compassion. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, get curious about your patterns, and take steps toward living in alignment with your values (you will hear the word ‘values’ in our work a LOT).

I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, using exposure and response prevention (ERP) to help loosen the grip of the vicious OCD cycle. While I don’t work with couples directly, I’m trained in Gottman Method couples therapy and draw on this framework when supporting individuals who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. Above all, I find immense meaning in the connections I build with my clients and feel privileged to be part of their growth.

I’m an openly queer clinician and find deep meaning in working with LGBTQ+ individuals exploring their gender, sexuality, and what it means to live authentically. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in harm reduction. I’m a very much a product of the Pacific Northwest, raised in Portland, Oregon, and now living in Seattle, Washington. When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me exploring a hiking trail, playing volleyball, or running to showtunes.
