The Grove: A Community Reading Circle

The Grove is curated by collective member, Jill Arndt. Jill is a mental health therapist in Fremont, Seattle. She specializes in working with relationships. She is excited to offer this circle to the community as a fellow journeyer in life! What We Carry: A Community Grief Circle

In this two-hour circle, we will co-create a container for the grief that lives in our bodies and hearts: grief for personal losses and grief for the state of our world. We will weave together explorations of grief through movement and somatic practices, poetry, song, and sharing and deep listening.

Flower essences are gentle, energetic medicines that meet us where we are. In this experiential class, we’ll explore what flower essences are, how they’re made, and how they can support emotional healing and self-awareness. Participants will have the opportunity to work directly with essences and practice noticing sensation, emotion, and awareness in the body.
